I finally had the honor of tasting a pizza worthy of the name it bears... unfortunately I don't live in the north, but as soon as I had the chance to spend a few days here one of my goals was to taste this delicacy. Very large pizza that already sets the taste buds in motion, high quality products, zimbato' delirium, and the pumpkin one is delicious, not to mention the leavening that makes the dough light and digestible. Honest prices and top staff. What can I say, you can't pass by Polistena and not stop to taste it. Thank you Pizzeria la Rustica!!!!
