Domino's Pizza - Prince Frederick

From Time I ordered two time of delivery took Domino?s over an hour and 40 minutes to deliver pizza. Wouldn?t recommend if you have hungry kids.

I don?t get pizza very often, but had a taste for it tonight. Got the text driver was on the way. 45 minutes later she showed up with luke warm pizza stuck to the top of the box with VERY little cheese and chewy crust. Ordered the cinnamon twists withapples, ??????????? the twists had sooo much cinnamon dumped on them that it soaked through the box and the apple dip was notenough for the number of twists and looked NOTHING like the picture. Called the store and all I got was ?oh I?m sorry?. Whathappened to Domino?s guarantee? Paid 2 $4.99 delivery fees for 2 orders and ?I?m sorry? didn?t cut it. Next time it?ll be PapaJohns!

I placed an order at 5 PM with an estimated delivery time of 40 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called to check on the status of my order. The person on the line informed me that my order had just gone out for delivery. However, after waiting another 30 minutes, I called again, only to be told by the same individual that my order hadn't even made it into the oven yet! I'm extremely frustrated that he misled me in the first place. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Waiting 1.5 hours defeats the entire purpose of ordering in the first place. I would have been better off ordering from somewhere else, and you might want to consider doing the same.

They appears to have lost track of my order; the computer indicated it was ready. They only started preparing it when I arrived, and there wasn't much communication about it. Eventually, I got my food, and it was quite good.

The pizza is consistently served on time and is always warm. The staff is friendly, and the pizza is just what you'd expect from Domino's.
