Firehouse Subs Prince Frederick

This particular Firehouse on this particular day (this was our first visit to this Firehouse) was excellent. We'll be back to try it again. The one in St. Mary's County, however, is not very good.

On 12/1/23 in the evening. Me and my buddy came in and ordered sandwiches and the guy taking my order screwed up our order he accidentally got lettuce and tomato put on my sandwich which I did not want on there and it made the bread all soggy. everything else on there was correct. The girl I believe Monica that came in later and made our sandwiches was very friendly and she actually put both our sandwiches in separate bags as we requested.

Great experience, but the staff should be educated about VA Id cards being digital. The manager still gave me the discount but they should be aware that the VA dose not give physical cards

When they’re open, they do not answer the phone. They have both DoorDash and Grubhub set to not accept orders hours before they close. They stop answering phone orders 2-3 hours before they close. It’s very clear that they DO NOT want to work or do their jobs after about 4pm. If I owned this store, I would COMPLETELY clean house and get an entirely new staff.
