Kfc - Princeton

I’m curious about why the KFC in Princeton, Indiana, seems to consistently get orders wrong. Additionally, the grilled chicken is often dry and tough.

The staff was friendly and helpful, bringing plenty of personality to our experience. We really enjoyed our interactions and meals on June 1, 2022. Thank you for assisting us in choosing what to order!

A kind lady who came to our car was doing her best to get the orders organized. She explained that the person taking orders had left unexpectedly because she wasn’t feeling well. We mentioned our order included an 8-piece meal but specified that we didn’t want all white meat and really hoped for half grilled. Unfortunately, she let us know that they weren’t currently serving grilled chicken. We ultimately decided to go with all white meat instead. What struck me was that it wasn’t just us customers dealing with the inconvenience; the staff members were clearly doing their best under the circumstances. The sweet lady even encouraged us to call the restaurant if there was anything wrong with our order once we got home. So, a big shoutout to her and all the dedicated employees who care about their work and how it reflects on both the restaurant and themselves. I truly appreciate the effort!

They fulfilled my order quickly and with a friendly attitude. The management was professional and made me feel valued.

We met my family for lunch, the people were very respectful to stay away, as this was only the second time I had eaten in a restaurant.
