Feedback gevenSubs are very good! Problem is it's $15-$20.00 for a meal. It might be considered fast food but it's really not. This is more of a review of the franchise not the local establishment. Every Subway I walk into is clean and nice with friendly staff. For thecost of a meal to serve a family you could easily go to a restaurant.
Do NOT use the drive thru.... 3 times now my order was wrong. I called twice to report the mistakes. Once they said they would have the manager call me, which they didn't, even after I called again and asked for someone to call me. The 2nd time theytook my info and said they would refund me. Again, never happened. The third time I figured was my fault for going thru thedrive thru yet again when I should know better. I remember years ago when subway was a good place to eat and a reasonablefamily meal, but unfortunately not the case anymore Managers and Owners just don't care.
Took 40 minutes for a drive thru which I would not complain normally, however we did not get one sandwich correct on our order all had icky stuff one was a veggie that I didn't order. When tried calling to talk to someone no one answered the phone. Theydid try to refund it 8 hours later when I went back. Tyler was great.
Went and spent 80 dollars at this location. I asked for a salad and the young lady and guy placed a full piece of ham and tukey on my salad. Never been to a subway that just slap a whole piece of turkey and ham on your salad. I asked if it can be a littlecut up but was told they don't do it. I have never been to a subway that doesn't that. Bunch of teenagers.
HORRIBLE LOCATION!!! I made an online order last Friday. They closed early so when I got there to pick up my dinner, they said they had to close early and the bread was something (not sure if it was put away or what). Ok, this happens. No big deal. Theysaid they would refund me. Perfect! I asked for a refund receipt. They said they could not give me one because the register wasclosed down, and they would do it in the morning. I gave them a week to credit my account. I called today, they can not give mea credit she said it would have had to do it that day. I said no, they said they couldn't. She said she could give me coupons.To be honest, that would be fine any other day but she was so rude, dismissive. I said I wanted my $23 back. I asked to speakto manager, she said she was (bad choice of leadership). I asked to speak to owner, she said she could not allow that. I askedher to give the owner my name and number, she said she would not do that. Then she said there might be a 1 800 number on thewebsite I could find. I can't find a 800 number. What a shame BUYER BEWARE!
