Muddy Cow Shakopee - Prior Lake

Wow! I was really impressed by both the food and the service! Rory was an excellent server—smart, friendly, and provided us with fantastic recommendations. The unique bar seating, quick service, and two-for-one drinks made for a great experience. We'll definitely be back, and we hope Rory is working when we return! Many thanks to the wonderful kitchen and the welcoming hometown atmosphere.

I visited for the first time and was impressed by the spacious, open layout, which allows for self-seating. I decided to sit at the bar and ordered the hot cow. As someone who enjoys spicy food, I found that while the hot cow was decent, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. It might be suitable for those who aren't used to seasoned dishes, but I felt it could use a bit more kick. The fries, which came with a seasoned sauce, were visually appealing, and some were quite good. Overall, it's a beautiful place!

**Rating: 3/5** On Wednesday afternoon, we visited the restaurant located in Shakopee around 1:30 PM. Surprisingly, there were very few guests, which is unusual for that time of day. The space appears to be quite new, but it has a bright, utilitarian vibe that lacks character. Our server, Tory, was relatively new but incredibly friendly and attentive. She was very patient, and I believe she deserves an extra star for her excellent service. The happy hour is a highlight, offering 2-for-1 prices on all alcoholic beverages, extra dishes, and Long Islands. As for the food, while my walleye was overly salty and had a slightly muddy texture, the salad and potatoes were quite good. My wife ordered the "Rodeo Cow" sandwich, which she enjoyed a lot. It looked very appetizing as well. Overall, the experience was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the food quality.

That is an american fusion restaurant. they had 2 seats that went up, which I could not see. it is very American mountain food including duck meat. it included other cultural styles of food making the restaurant interesting. everything was great, except our seats on the high chair made eating very difficult to enjoy. this was probably their strategy to let customers get in and out on a busy day. the business deals differently with all human traffic.

Met up with friends and got a patty melt. Nice outside patio.. bag toss out back. Spacious. Food was good. G maps took us to the hotel but it is the restaurant right infront of the hotel.
