Feedback gevenCame here an hour before closing. Ordered via drive thru kiosk and sat at the window for almost 10 min. There was no staff present, even though I saw there were customers. Finally 2 young men emerged from the back and hastily served everyone. Sandwich turned out great and I think they added extra meat for the wait, because it was definitely thicker than I usually get it. So overall experience was good.
Excellent subway with fully updated drive in menu that has touch screen. All newly remodeled on the inside as well. Bathrooms were very clean and well kept and the staff was also great. Sandwich was made correctly and packaged well.
Just the ABSOLUTE WORST ?? Not even worth the one star…honestly surprised this place isn’t closed
Do yourself a favor and skip this Subway. Go to the next one. Sat at the drive through for 15 minutes with no cars ahead of me. After my long wait I was told I needed to make the order myself on the screen. This is not ideal for compact cars. Why have a drive through if you can't take the order? Went inside after telling them it was hard for me to reach the order screen to be mugged at. Luckily I watched them make my food or I wouldn't trust it. The guy who rung me out looked like he was about to lose an eyeball from rolling his eyes so hard at the customer in front of me (on old man who was hard of hearing). Kindness returns if you give it out.... No kindness here.
This subway is just like every other fast food restaurant in the world. Some employees are better then others as is the case at any company. As for drive thru they cannot see inside. If there is 2 employees and 6 customers in line inside then you pull into the drive thru you would naturally have to wait. Some people are so petty. Keep up the good work Subway.
