Feedback gevenI have to say, my experiences with the employees at this location have been incredibly disappointing. I've never received a correctly made drink here, and the only reason I keep returning is because it's close to my home—though I regret it every time. This particular location has really made me lose trust in the Dunkin brand as a whole. I can't understand why they haven't taken steps to improve the service here. Overall, it's been a frustrating experience. Dunkin should really do better; it's embarrassing. And how is it possible that they run out of pumpkin on October 30th when the entire menu features pumpkin? It just doesn’t make any sense!
Employees are usually friendly. Seems like they definitely need more help! Every morning cars are piled up. You need at least 15 minutes in order to get anything. I have had to pull off on many occasions so that I?m not late for work. I now try to orderahead of time and wait a half hour before picking it up. Even with doing that, I have had to wait for my pick-up ordersometimes. They seem absolutely swamped every single day. Hire more employees!!! Everyone there seems to be working so hard andI know it can?t be easy. It feels like an oversight from the company. I bet they could make double their money if the operationof the store was faster and smoother.
I don't usually write reviews, but I've ordered from this location five or six times now, and there’s always a mistake. The employee informed me that the drink didn’t come with whipped cream, but the cup was only half full. While she was preparing it, she put my cup under a table to scoop something into it. Additionally, she didn't give me the correct donuts. I really believe this is due to her lack of concern for customer service.
This restaurant is terrible. I placed an online order twice, but they never received it. I ended up waiting in the lobby for almost two hours, thinking they were trying to resolve the issue. Instead, they asked me if I had actually placed the order! When the cashier finally attended to me after all that waiting, she had a bad attitude. She told me my order was $5 more than it should have been and got rude with me because she had rung it up incorrectly. I do not recommend the Harrisburg location on Jonestown Road. It's a complete waste of time. The staff is rude and incredibly slow!
Store opens at 5 am so i stop to grab a coffee and some bacon before work 2 times now has nobody even been in the store at 5:45 and i’m not able to get a refund from the mobile app since i order ahead.
