Mcdonald's M4 West - Prospect

There was trash everywhere. It's obvious that management has neglected to keep the place clean.

A great place to grab a coffee or food if you need it. Location is great having one on both sides of the M4

This is the second time I've had items missing from my order and there is no way to turn around once you exit to drive back and get it.

The tables were not cleaned properly, and the service was average, not exceptional. I went there just for a cup of coffee, as I'm not a big fan of McDonald's, but it is usually quite clean.

This place is unacceptable. There were no clean tables available to sit at, and the service was terrible. I noticed trash sitting in bags near the beverage preparation area, and the staff simply kicked it aside to make drinks. This is not just a workplace health and safety issue; I will be reporting this to Health NSW.
