Nando's Northpark - Prospect

This place is the jam!! My fiancé and I were lookin for a light snack, and came up upon this place.

OMG! So good and so cheap! 1€ for the toast and 1,80 for the special ones! They are all good but since some of them are supposed to be warm I recommend

I, like many others who have reviewed this restaurant, experienced a long waiting time and discovered that our sit-down meal had been mixed up with takeaway orders. When I inquired about the delay, the staff showed no warmth, friendliness, or sincere apology, displaying a strange indifference instead. Additionally, I had ordered barbecue sauce but received a super hot chili sauce instead. After reading other reviews, it became apparent that these issues were not isolated incidents, indicating a lack of improvement in their service. I have no intention of visiting this restaurant again.

I was kept waiting for 45 minutes for my takeout order. The individual who seemed to be in charge was more focused on flirting with the younger female customers than on assisting the other customers. When I realized that my food had been sitting with the Uber/Menulog orders for 20 minutes, he claimed to have called my name, which was a lie, and became disrespectful and confrontational. Despite being cold, the food was enjoyable.

My friend and I went to dine at this restaurant on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, we had to wait 45 minutes to receive our food. There were no apologies from the staff and they neglected to inform us about the wait time when we placed our order. The manager was very rude.
