Marco's Pizza - Prosper

I picked up my order of 5 pizzas and 1 cheese bread. As I opened the door, I felt the hot garlic butter roll down my brand new shirt. Those things explode due to the heat almost every time. The manager was out on delivery, and the 400 kids manning the store could only offer a napkin. I got home, and the soggy cheese bread was swimming in garlic butter. The 3 garlic butters ordered were not in the cheese bread. Someone had saw that they exploded and removed them! No one would take responsibility. I am out a shirt and 3 garlic butters. May not be going back.

ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE AND CHECK FINAL RECEIPT IN EMAIL. I placed an order and was told it would take 45 minutes I received the order two hours later/food was cold. the delivery driver did not ring the doorbell and left it on the ground- we didn?t request contactless delivery. I did not get or sign a receipt and I received an email that they added their own tip without my authorization. I Called the store and whoever I spoke with agreed that that was wrong but they need to confirm with the driver that they added their own tip, what kind of response is that?! I have video footage that the driver NEVER knocked, simply dropped off the food and left. Was told I can?t receive a refund because the food was delivered- never going here again!

Lackluster pizza, and poor customer service. The last 3 or 4 times I've ordered here, something has been wrong or extremely late. The final straw was when they really overcooked my pizza and wouldn't deliver a new one (all of the other thin crusts had cardboard-ish overdone crust as well). I very rarely think an establishment has systemic issues, but this one does.

Marco?s pizza is very tasty which is why we keep giving them a chance, but man are they slow. It?s ridiculous to the point where I?m over ordering from them. It?s just not worth it. I ordered a pizza around 5:45pm and they said it won?t be delivered until 7:05pm. It?s 7:26pm and still no pizza. The two stars are literally because the pizza taste good but the service and delivery are just unreliable.

This Place is a joke. I have been ordering pizza from here for 3 years. Based on who is working, sometimes they can deliver, sometimes they cannot. Employee are not trained and not professional at all. Either the credit machine is not working or they don?t have people etc. you can hear the folks on the background just thinking it?s a joke when a customer is trying to order dinner. Asked for a manager to talk to, he was to busy. Talk to the owner, he did not even give the employee any directions on what to do. Will not be coming back.
