Mcdonald's - Prosser

Service was so slow even though I used the app. My food was cold when I finally got it.

I received my order and my medium fries were only filled less than half way. I paid for these fries and I want what I paid for. I asked to get them filled like a normal medium fry. The first gal said yes and asked another gal to help me. She said yeah, and I waited for another 8 minutes before I had to ask for them again. She wasn’t rude, but definitely could work on her customer service skills.

Foos gone wild mcds here . Heard a guy say “Hey Foo “ out loud something burning , young girl at counter did not want to take my order sounded like I was talking myself more than half tables

Told the cashier I wanted 2 sausage biscuits she told me 3 dollars 3 cents I said that sure is cheap is that for 2,she replied yes I said ok got my bag had 1 biscuit in it and had to buy another one .So check your order,apparently they don't listen.I was there overnight had dinner then breakfast.

Went thru drive thru, staff was friendly. My food was hot and fresh. They were quick to get me back on the road.
