Feedback gevenI had a disappointing experience at the Taco Bell drive-thru. The employee at the register was rude and seemed unwilling to assist customers. In comparison, the Taco Bell in Sunnyside provides much better customer service.
I wasn't able to use the drive-thru. I was told to call, but they wouldn't take my payment over the phone and insisted that I pay at the drive-thru. When I finally got to the window, the staff member rudely told me to go away and made me wait for 10 minutes. I had to dodge other vehicles in the drive-thru, and when I finally received my order, the food was cold and mushy. It felt really unsafe, and I think Prosser Taco Bell needs to figure out a better way to handle this. I won't be returning.
Disappointing experience overall. My Doritos Tacos were poorly assembled and served in old bowls. My husband ordered spicy tostadas, which came with just three slices of tomato, a few bits of lettuce, and a hint of what resembled beans. We spent nearly $30 and it felt like we were trying not to enjoy our meal. I’d recommend skipping this Taco Bell altogether.
It was very slow/allways has been but otherwise the food was good. Just a rather long wait whenever I go no matter how much i do or dont order.
Ordered the power menu bowl. Looks great until you get to the black beans. They are completely burnt. Why would you serve someone food you yourself would not eat.
