Ordered online for the Walpole NH Subway and double checked my order. I didn't get half of what I wanted on either grinder. Waste of my money. They have lost a customer. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
Love how the website says they close at 9pm but it's actually 7pm! Should probably change this!!!!!!!!
I ordered a sandwhich over a week ago online and was told that the product was out of order and that I would need to see a manager for a refund. Every time I call to speak to the manager, there 's not one there. The most recent time I was put on hold meaning the phone was just put down for 15 minutes and no one ever talked to me. I called back 5 minutes later and was told I need to come in to see a manager, but there 's only one there in the morning when I work. This has been an ongoing issue for a week and no one I 've spoken to has had the courtesy to apologize or even sympathize with what happened. I 've tried to leave feedback for corporate, but they just say we will pass this on and do nothing. Pretty fed up with Subway at this point. I just want my money back for a sandwich I was not able to get.
Went there with a coupon it expires on 25th of June I presented it they charged me full price said expired 2pm ,,well why don't it say that on coupon very unsatisfied customer will never go there again
