Cute little boba tea plays nestled in the the area around University. Prices are not too bad. Server could have acted like they weren't depressed because when I came in they were just like oh hi, are you guys together? Very like depressing but other than that drinks are made fairly quickly and had a great time when I was there.

Great food and service. I got some boba there and I couldn’t help myself but get another! I highly recommend Kung Fu Tea for my tea lovers out there. Atmosphere was very fitting and calm and the costumers seemed very happy. Clearly a 5 star tea house. Also- very cheap items for low spenders! Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids here! They seemed very kind and were very helpful peaceful. They did not cause a scene. Take your kids here! It is an amazing place to relax with toddlers!!
