Feedback gevenGreat food. If you like clams, you must order the Narragansett clam and corm chowder. A delightful medley of whole clams, corn, toasted ciabatta and more. Loved it. The main was a mixed seafood dish and the corn 'bread ' was a definite 'must ' to accompanyyour meal. No room for dessert! ...Only downside of the evening was the dim lighting. I needed my telephone light to read themenu... why?
Pork belly is the best item we had here, but honestly I would recommend going a few times and just ordering through the menu. You wouldn’t expect the food to be as good as it is, but honestly we haven’t had anything here we didn’t want to ordermore of. In fact, we ordered a few orders of the pork belly because it was just absolutely incredible. A little sweet, a littlesalty, just perfection.
Twice did I visit this place. My closest buddies and I went out to supper the first time. The second floor had excellent surroundings and a lovely outlook. Before moving on to the steak with wonderful sauce, we ordered a few Italian appetizersfirst. Although we requested medium cook, the only thing I regret is that the streak was slightly overcooked. However, it wasincredibly satisfying all around. My second visit took place at 5 p.m. with my husband and our 5-year-old son for a latedinner. This time, we also sat down at the table on the second floor. My son didn't want any green on his Margarita pizza, so Iasked for basil to be put aside when we ordered it. Nevertheless, there was a misunderstanding between my server and thekitchen. They all therefore arrived on the pizza. I was asked whether I wanted new by my server. But since we didn't want towait any longer, we opted to keep it. It was delicious simple pasta that my husband requested.
I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO START! Everything just makes me so happy. I would definitely make Baccaro my go to if I still live in Providence. You will not regret dining here whether it is with a couple of friends or with a large party. The service here isamazing. All the staffs are super friendly and accommodating. And the food omg. I don’t recall the name of the dish but thefoie gras on the small toast with jam was above and beyond. My entire group got 2 more rounds after we tried it out. It justmelts in your mouth. Perfect amount of saltiness and sweetness. PERFECTION. And the pastas were amazing too. My personalfavorite is the Pasto Con I Funghi. The Egg yolk ties all the flavors together. We doubled up on this dish when we dined there.And for desserts, we got the Lemon Meringue Tart. It was the dessert we needed light, refreshing, but still filling. I’m soglad we booked Baccaro two months in advance. We had such a great night here???? Thank you Baccaro!!!
Went for NYE and everything was excellent. I love the beginning with a notebook where you can check out all the little bites you want to enjoy. The entries were excellent and service very attentive. The Bolognese was well done. Only disappointment was dessert. Our big group did 4 of them and everything was unimpressed.
