Customer service is awful. the women there give you an attitude even if your are a regular customer. They don’t have a sense of when the client requests something specific and want to force you to buy what they want. They are stubborn, rude and need to learn what customer service in the food industry is. It takes away the very good food that is Served there. I do not recommend it.

The customer service is horrible, they never understand what you ask for over the phone, they don't accommodate the customer with what they are ordering. Besides, even if you don't want something that includes the combo, the price doesn't change either, where if I don't want the rice or the salad, just the meat, how is it possible that it continues at the same cost? where I did not eat the rice and salad and they sell it to someone else because it was never on my plate. The mixed grill that they have is not mixed, it's just chicken. The food tastes good but it is spoiled by the staff. I don't order, nor do I go there anymore. I think they think they are still in Guatemala, because they are not here, the food businesses are friendlier, they try to please the customer, because the business lives from the customer.Parking: They don’t have a parking lot
