Wow! My family had a craving, and this restaurant came highly recommended. Now we understand why! The portion sizes are huge, and the fresh, warm cookies paired with perfectly scooped ice cream are absolutely delicious. Yum!

The delivery was more than an hour late. When it finally arrived, the driver didn’t follow the instructions to call us, leaving the cookies in the hot street instead. They were immediately swarmed by ants. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

If you're just buying and not flying, it's mediocre. However, if you’re flying and have a friend buying for you, it’s a NIGHTMARE—unless you live just a block away and don’t have to deal with driving or parking on Thayer Street. Customer service definitely needs improvement. The cookies are good, but they’re not worth the hassle or the price.

My boyfriend and I ordered the 12-pack, and out of the 6 cookies I picked, the sugar cookie was the only one I didn’t enjoy. However, the Oatmeal Raisin cookie was incredibly soft and delicious! It was definitely worth the drive from New Bedford!
