Food was prepared horrible, not there usually standards. Will never order again.

Ordered before and loved it. Tonight we waited almost 2 hours for a $75 order that never came. We called them and they said the driver dropped it off, which is impossible since we were on the front porch waiting. They did not care one bit and told us to call Grub Hub. We just wanted to eat and when we asked Grub Hub for a refund they said Jade Tree won't even respond back to them. Never again

Meh. Generic not very good Chinese food, feels pretty unhealthy. 2.5 3 stars never better and never worse. Not sure why I have ordered so many times from this place cause it’s always a disappointment but I’ve struggled to find much better in the area. They are always friendly and nice though. Reasonable delivery time. Decent crab rangoons and they actually have duck sauce and the homemade spicy mustard. This is the only saving grace in my opinion.

What an abomination of a place. The only reason I put two stars instead of 1 is because the food is decent. But the service at this place is terrible. If you’re hungry don’t you dare order from here. They lie about when the food will be ready and give attitude when you call to check on the status. Avoid avoid avoid

Really disappointed. Used to order here every week for the dim sum. They raised their prices and got rid of the pan friend turnip cake. Only came here for the dim sum. Very few places offer dim sum in RI. Unfortunately you have lost a customer. So will now have to go to Kings Garden or Silver Crystal. You should look into expanding your dim sum menu and comparing prices to what your competition.
