The service was quite slow, resulting in a meal that stretched over three hours. We appreciate your effort to come and apologize for the delay.Atmosphere: We sat in the upstairs area, where it was both hot and noisy. The women's bathroom, in contrast, was extremely cold. Washing my hands there felt like using the icy water left over from melted ice in a cooler.Food: They were out of so many beer options that we had to ask which ones were actually available. Additionally, they did not have the sparkling rosé we wanted. My salmon was tasty, but the plate was not sufficiently heated, and the spinach was overly salty. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his lamb. The dessert was impressively creative and we appreciated it. However, overall, this dining experience did not justify the expense of over $190.
Haven’t been in a long while but remembered liking it when I came. Came with a friend who is gluten-free so we decided to share everything listed as GF on the menu.So glad I tried the chicken breast with mashed potatoes. Au jus sauce so the gravy is GF too ; SO good. Highly recommend, to anyone. Not just GF people. The chicken was perfectly marinated and they split it in half for us when we said we were sharing. They start you off with bread which is obviously gluten so I got to eat two of those because she can’t. Whipped butter was a nice touch.Hope they don’t take the chicken dish off the menu or change it. It’s perfect. Will be recommending that to everyone. The appetizer we ordered was fine. Like Cambodian style agedashi tofu instead of Japanese style. It was listed as tofu fries so I found the shape to be a little boring. They could be more fun if they were sliced in another half long ways. Served with Thai style sweet chili sauce.Wedge Salad was better and the chicken was fantastic.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options were great, even as someone who can eat gluten
Service was great! Unfortunately, the food was not. ALL the food came out luke warm and the risotto was flavorless. Overall very disappointing for a meal costing $600 for a table of six. Definitely failed to meet expectations.
A busy night in the city, but a very good meal. We were early and did find a table. The server was very attentive and am happy to see a success after Bravo flopped. Our second visit, and we will return.
We came in for just deserts. Restaurant didn't disappoint with the absolute list of gorgeous items to eat. Atmosphere was relaxing and savory.
