The Canteen - PROVINCETOWN

Food is absolutely spectacular. It may look like a long line but it moves very quickly and there?s a very pretty backyard patio area to sit in the sand that is covered with umbrellas from the sun. Drinks were also very delicious, inventive takes onclassics, and refreshing. Super friendly service. Will definitely go back on my next trip there.

Good food with reasonable prices for Provincetown. You order at the counter, take a number, and a server will bring out your food. Not a long wait at all. I had a turkey Cranberry sandwich, and my lunch mate had an apple grilled cheese sandwich. Wewere both pleased with our choices.

Incredible food. If you like tuna, try the poke bowl. I'm sorry I ate half before I took the picture to post. Once I dug my fork in, that was it! The brussel sprouts are insanely delicious. However, what makes a place delicious has to do as well with theemployees as with the food. The employees are fantastic.

We stopped by The Canteen after a beach day. We got the Lobster Mac and Cheese and the Fish Chips! You order first, get an order number and get a table. They bring out the food to you. Our service was super quick. The food arrived hot and fresh! Thelobster Mac n Cheese was absolutely delicious! Perfectly done. The fish and chips with fresh cod was one of the best I've had!It was not greasy at all, perfectly flaky and crispy. We could see the marina as we washed these down with beer. Love thatthere was sand under our feet as we dined. Would definitely recommend for a lovely Provincetown experience.

Damn good for a bite to eat at any given time of the day. Great menu, varied, from seafood and fish to veggie. Lots of flavour, great seasoning, very fresh and all at very reasonable prices. Wonderful back garden beach facing the sea; nice little frontsitting area, great to people watch. Friendly staff doing their best to get things going even when it?s packed (they refunded myorder after it got lost in the frenzy and took 40 mins to get to me very thoughtful)
