It’s small, it’s cramped, it’s dusty, it’s delicious. The pupusas are all the rage and worth the wait. The cornmeal-encased cheese and pork combos resemble Mexican quesadillas, but with added complexity, and when topped with their savory slaw and spicy sauce, the hot and cold mixed with the crunchy and the soft…just wonderful.
The food tastes great!!!But nothing hygienic. You can smell the dirt that is in the building. The ceilings are almost falling. When there are cracks in walls or ceilings there is 100% sure to be asbestos, lead or mold on all surfaces. The owner should solve these problems because if he does not do it the health department will pressure him to do it and this can cost a lot of money or can even permanently close the place.
Amazing authentic Salvadoran cuisine! I love every bite and the ambience was perfect. Special small hole in the wall, this is definitely one cannot miss!
A wonderful little Pupusería!! The building has a great renovation and looks amazing. It is small, a little cramped, but feels very authentic. The Pupusa are corstortillas with filling inside, such as cheese, pig or beans. You will be fresh every time you order. The staff is warm and friendly every time we come here. In any case, try and I'll come back as long as I live nearby!
