Feedback gevenWe love their food but there have been issues with online ordering. We ordered online and went a little bit after our designated pick up time and they hadn?t even started the pizza. Somehow they missed the order? It?s frustrating.
Employees were very friendly and accommodating. Pizza was tastey as well as their calzones.
I've gotten deliveries from this location half a dozen times. Called today and they tell me I'm not in their delivery area. Call the orem store, they tell me the same, I call back the provo store ask for the delivery boundaries. Now I'm no zoning expert but i do know when my address falls within a given radius. Two hours later I see a car with a marcos banner on top delivering in my neighborhood. I call again, get rejected again. Explain what i saw and that I've had deliveries here several times before. She hangs up. Whatever, I guess you don't want my money ever again. ????
I?ve gone there a few times, and only once have I gotten my food warm, it?s always cold when it?s not supposed to be
I've ordered take-out from this store twice. First time I had zero issues. The second time they had an employee no-show on them and were clearly overwhelmed. A mistake was made on my order. They made a thin crust instead of thick. When I arrived they explained the mistake and gave me the thin crust pizza for free. They also offered to remake my original order if I was willing to wait 10 mins and give me that one for free as well. So for a simple 10 min wait I got two free pizzas. This was all offered to me without me even complaining or requesting for compensation. I've only had one other pizza place go above and beyond like this. So I'm very happy with them despite the mistake and all three pizza's I've had with them have been delicious.
