I come here all the time, 90% of the time it’s fine and great, but I swear there’s this one lady that I avoid because she actually makes the worst sandwiches. Like everyone else who works here is fine but she spread my topping over my meat and cheese destroying them in the process. When the other empty side of the bread was open, she basically threw all my vegetables in and handed me a half closed sandwich with half of the veggies hanging out. I get that this is subway and it’s not the highest quality but this is a new low, and it’s not just once this is the 3rd time she’s handed me a messy sandwich and I just yeah.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Kiosk needs to tell you if certain items are out of stock. Me and my wife both ordered sandwiches and were given sandwiches, if you can even call them that, on flat bread! I'm sorry but who wants an Italian bmt or Philly cheesesteak on Flatbread! Disgusting! Kiosk needs to be updated! Employees also should have said something! Absolutely terrible!
Had a great experience at the Subway inside the university! Even though it's always busy, the food quality remains consistently good, just like other locations. Perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal between classes. Kudos to the hardworking staff! ??
OUT OF BREAD?!?Yes, believe it or not, I tried to get subway for lunch today and they were out of all types of bread. This essentially ruined my lunch that I was greatly looking forward to, and I don’t know if I can ever forgive Subway for this. They told us our order was ready 10 minutes early, and when we went there they hadn't even started preparing our sandwiches! Ridiculous! I was so hungry and upset. We also ordered at 1:00 PM fro 3:00 PM and there was not enough of the ingredients to make what we ordered.
