Zone18 Grill - Prudenville

We were in the area looking for a place to enjoy a burger and a beer, and I’m really glad we stopped here. The beer was cold, and they used these ice tubes in the pitchers that kept our drinks refreshing until the last sip. I can’t comment on the burgers since it was Taco Tuesday, and we opted for tacos instead. Both the hard and soft shell tacos were delicious and definitely worth a few dollars each. Our server, Brittney, was relatively new but was cheerful and served us quickly. We also had a brief chat with the cook, another server, and the owner, all of whom seemed genuinely happy to be there (though, of course, they might just be great actors!). We’re definitely coming back.

This was our first and last visit! We were excited to try a new spot in the area since we had heard great things. The food was good, but the service was absolutely terrible!

Terrible experience. The owner, who was our server got us a drink and kept ignoring us. Finally we payed for our drinks and left. We were there for over a half hour and never even got a menu. We are very patient knowing how everyone is understaffed but when I tell you twice that we want to order and you don?t even respond it?s time to go. This is my first ever negative review but when she commented that we were the rude ones I had to leave one. Been there many times but this was the last. Very mean owner.?
