Marco's Pizza - Pt. Charlotte

Marcos may just be my favorite franchise pizza. The prices are reasonable and the delivery service is reliable.

The older guy maybe owner, asked how our experience was?? I asked if he wanted the truth!!! I told him he needs new help,or ???? He said just don't come back.....?

I ordered pizza here for the first time in a while I used to get the pizza all the time when I lived closer My last experience was the worst I've ever had at most places. I ordered my pizza well done and when it came out it was barely even cooked normal. After requesting for it to be well done and for them to fix it they were not very apologetic and just kind of looked dumbfounded when I got the pizza back it wasn't even cooked well done it was just cooked normal I gave up and just took the food and went home I was out of 50 plus dollars and not very happy also the new pizziolis or whatever they're called are not worth $2 they are completely empty on the inside barely any fillings I don't know what happened to Marcos or this location but I will never be coming back again

The pizza is really good, a little high on price but good for the money.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!! Delivery driver forgot my soda and said he would bring it back. He never did , but the manager, Daniel said he would comp my next pizza (which would be excellent customer service. When I called to get the pizza a couple days later, Daniel said he wouldn't do it, nor would he return my money. DO NOT EAT HERE (But if you do, ask to speak to Daniel, and tell him what you think of his shady business practices. Horrible customer service.
