Fusion Gourmet - Pto Vallarta Mexico

I've walked by this place over the years and never went in. This past year I went twice for breakfast and once for drinks. On all three occasions I was met by friendly staff. They are very attentive and service is impeccable. The breakfast menu is more varied than other places that charge more. Very generous portions and definitely great value for money. Food was delicious too. The food is also prepared far quicker than other places, even when the restaurant is full...most definitely worth a visit.

I am constantly impressed with the quality of the food at Fusion. Few places can pull off both an amazing breakfast and top shelf dinner. Prices are great and it is truly in the top 5 of the my 'best of ' restaurants south of the Rio Cuale. Top it off with one of the most generous (and attractive) owners, Gene, who is always on hand, and you make the perfect recipe for creative cuisine and outstanding service.

Fusion Gourmet and Diablos Bar is always Awesome! Love the Fusion Shrimp wrapped in bacon. Veggie egg rolls and the Pistachio cream soup are very good as are many other items on the menu. We go almost once a week. The service is also very good and our favorite waiter is Ricardo. The owner Gene Mendoza is very charming.

As always, this restaurant is impressive with a menu that occasionally changes to include some of the most interesting features available in Puerto Vallarta. The service has always been great and given there are times when this restaurant will be totally immersed in customers, service and attention still shines. The value you get from this menu is exceptional. It's always best to call for a reservation, but if you just walk in you'll be greeted with a smile and invited to enjoy the bar if you're not able to be seated immediately.

The only restaurant on Amapas Street they do a great job representing our neighborhood. Not a huge menu but what they do they do very well, breakfast to dinner, now everyday of the week with 50% off entrees Monday and Wednesday you can enjoy gourmet on a budget.
