My order set at 1:55 waited over 10-15 minutes, that is not fast. there was no Italian brot. I think they have to treat online orders, maybe they should have someone working on online orders, someone who takes care of people in the load

13 dollars for a blt ?????????? Won't be returning .. I payed almost 14 dollars for bread lettuce and tomato ???? Customer service was a solid 10/10 ... Their product was less than a 1/10 jjs is a rip off ... This is the third time eating at a jjs and I won't even waste my time going to a 4th .. I will starve before stopping at a jimmy John's ...

So disappointed the first time I went they had no bread.Second time was today. I didn’t get anything I asked for on my sandwich waited 10 minutes at the window then I could not eat my lunch due to how many hairs were in and on my sandwich.

Now that’s a sandwich! The #7 spicy Italian was top notch at this location. We’ll be back!
