Adams Ribs - Pueblo

I've been coming here since I moved to Colorado Springs. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I will definitely eat here again when I'm in Pueblo.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, and the service provided by Jordan was outstanding. This was my first visit, but I will definitely be returning. It's a wonderful family-owned business that takes great pride in their establishment.

I was really hoping for a great meal, but this was not barbecue. The ribs were decent, but everything else was unappetizing. It tasted like liquid smoke had been used. The brisket lacked a proper smoke ring, which made me question its authenticity. The sausage resembled a bland hot dog rather than anything worthwhile. I thought the chicken bacon ranch sandwich would be good, but it wasn't made with smoked, pulled chicken; instead, it was cooked like ground chicken. The ranch dressing had no flavor at all. I couldn’t even finish what I ordered. While the staff was wonderful, the food was far from acceptable.

Ordered takeout today and was a little surprised to find that my half rack of ribs was actually half a rack saw in half. The plate was 15.99, and all sides next to the potato salad came in less than 3oz cups normally used for spices. The BBQ was overboiled, hard and tasteless. The Veggie sandwich we ordered for a friend was strength singles with salad and few tomato slices, for $10.99. Overall really disappointed, we hoped to support a local business but not be back.

Really enjoyed the ribs sauce here. Smoky flavor as noted by another review below. Would like to see some flavor added to the beans/sides, but wasn't a deal breaker by any means. Really nice young man working the day we visited and wasn't busy during the day. We'll be back and thanks!
