Cali Cake's - Pueblo

I ordered the best tasting birthday cake! While the decorations weren't overly elaborate since there was no fondant, the kids loved it, and the adults all agreed it was worth every calorie. The cake was incredibly fresh and moist.

They prepared a fantastic lemon cake for my son's birthday. It was delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be coming back for all our baked goods needs!

Absolutely delightful! This place is truly a gem in Pueblo. It's the only bakery I've discovered here that offers freshly baked gluten-free products every day, and they even take custom gluten-free orders with just a day or two of notice. During my recent visit, I enjoyed picking up a bag of coconut macaroons and a loaf of banana bread. Both were fantastic! I highly recommend this bakery and will definitely be returning!

I was in luck today! The hosts of the party served chocolate cake from Jake's, and it was delightful. The texture and flavor of both the cake and the chocolate butter frosting were perfect. Jake definitely doesn't skimp on the frosting, which is something I really appreciate. I could keep gushing about it, but I think I've said enough already!
