Carl's Jr. - Pueblo

I went pretty late at night, so the food was a bit cold. However, the service from the person at the window was excellent. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

The service started to become rude, and we didn't feel welcomed at all. When our food arrived, the fries were greasy, and both burgers were over-sauced to the point where we had to wipe off the excess just to be able to pick them up. We love Carl's Jr., but this experience definitely needs improvement.

I haven't visited a Carl's Jr. in years, and I was pleased to find that the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was exactly what I anticipated.

Fried zucchini was dry and cold when I got it, even though the order took longer because they had to make it. Weird. Santa Fe chicken was too salty to finish and while they did leave off the lettuce there was no extra chili as I had ordered. Don't know if they charged for the extra chili, as their order board was broken, and if they did I would have been okay with it. I just wanted the food that I ordered. So 2 stars for my mostly edible food. My husband's Beyond burgers were much better than my food.So, if you've read this far, do yourself a favor and go to the Pueblo location where the food is always piping hot, as you ordered it, and delicious.

Exclusively using drive through, staff and manager friendly and helpful fast fulfillment compared to other fast food chains comprehensive menu especially Angus burgers and waffle fries to die for too bad burgers can't be medium rare obviously I'm a fan!
