A young girl then brought my order to the window, confirming it included two hamburgers with just cheese and two large fries. I thought to myself, finally, someone who is paying attention! She handed me the bag, but I could tell right away that something was off, so I checked inside—no fries! She apologized and quickly brought me the fries, and I headed home. I mentioned to her that my order had been wrong a few days earlier, but she didn’t offer me a complimentary burger to make up for it. I do enjoy dining at Carl’s because I find the quality superior to McDonald's. Nevertheless, I can’t help but wonder why it’s so challenging to make a hamburger with just cheese.
I left a $2 tip for the waitress, and in return, she served me a chicken sandwich that was at least an hour old. It's frustrating that it seems so difficult for them to provide a decent meal. I feel like I shouldn't have to ask if the sandwich has been sitting for more than 15 minutes; if it has, I don't want it. It's unacceptable to think there could be a chicken sandwich just sitting there for over 15 minutes without being served.
After a bit of a wait, I got to the window and was handed a small root beer. I pointed out the mistake and asked her to try again, explaining that I ordered a Diet Dr. Pepper. She mentioned that she knew it was root beer but would get me another one. When she handed me a second drink, I quickly realized it was still root beer. I received my food, and she wished me a nice day despite the mix-up with the drink. Frustrated, I decided to head over to the nearby Laff n' Jug to get a proper Diet Dr. Pepper. Afterward, I brought it back to Carl's Jr. and pointed out the clear difference between the two drinks. Two young employees at the register insisted that they had given me the right drink and even checked in the back, suggesting I was mistaken. I was appalled at the lack of responsibility and attention to detail. As for my burger, the Super Star, the cashier had the nerve to question my order regarding the lettuce and tomato, even though they were clearly included on the burger. I felt overwhelmed by the entire experience. Because of Latasha, the girl at the drive-thru, I’ve decided that I will never return to Carl's Jr. again.
Not eat badly, but like the rest of this building that swears a sohn carls, whose name is also carl? never works here, or just gone. I can never check if this place even belongs far away to a carl or even a junior. I recommend not to smoke controlled substances before eating here or it costs them their entire hypothec.
Service was good as was the food but the restaurant's upkeep and restrooms were pretty rough. It's not entirely their fault but probably that of the location, but I would maybe recommend the drive thru
