Feedback gevenI experienced poor customer service during my pickup order. I waited for 40 minutes without anyone asking if I needed assistance. It felt like they either hoped I would leave or thought my time didn't matter.
I wouldn't recommend drinking before your meal at this restaurant. We ended up giving a generous tip, but unfortunately, we never received our food. When I called on September 11th at noon, the person who answered blamed us for the issue and claimed he was working alone. They definitely need to hire more staff and improve their service.
I used to live in Pueblo and recently moved from Bristol, Tennessee to Sterling. I have to say that the Pueblo location is by far the best Domino's I've ever had. I really miss it! It's great!
My mother ordered online and sent me to get the pizza and the sign in the window says, call them when they arrive and I called. I was told that I had to check in the app (which I had not, as my mother ordered it and I picked it up on the way to her house) and so I had to go to the store with a poor full of items and get my food. I wasn't in the position to open the door to get out, so I had to take one away too mode to get out of the building because the door is swinging in and not out.
Okay so I placed an order online for pepperoni pizzas and I'm thinking when I changed the quantity it may have reset the pizzas to cheese. The Domino's employee was very irritated and rude about the whole situation. I get it it's frustrating. But....You get paid to do this job it's not like you're doing me any favors. This was the first and last time I ever go through Domino's again. I've worked in customer service for more than 15 years. Domino's needs to retrain their employees. He even knew I was a new customer cuz it says it on my receipt.
