Phở Basil Boss - Pueblo

This is a tiny, unassuming restaurant, but the authentic Thai food is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I tried the combo Chow Fun, which was delicious. For appetizers, I had the chicken and pig carnations, along with Thai tea. It’s a bit pricey, but I’ll definitely come back the next time I'm in the area. I also love pho, so I will make sure to try that next time!

I visit this restaurant nearly every week, and the food is consistently delicious. My orders are always ready for pickup within 10-15 minutes. The boba is always spot-on, bursting with flavor, and the spring rolls are enormous. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the excellent service and fresh ingredients.

I absolutely adore the vegetarian spring rolls and can't help but think about them when I'm not eating them! I also tried the lemongrass tofu, which was fantastic! Everything is always fresh and prepared super quickly. I really appreciate that they offer a variety of other vegetarian options as well.

Love this place. Best pho I've ever had. Very fast take out (10-15 min max). Fresh toppings and great meat and vegetarian spring rolls!

Oh wow! I'd never had basil phone soup! It was so good! The price was very affordable. Easy to find from I25 or ]50, as well. The restaurant was small, the service was good, and the turnover of tables is fast, so even at lunchtime we were served right away. It smells so good when you walk in the glass plate doors!
