Feedback gevenWe went to silvester. had also waited with the open table app. we were in order for the holiday. we are waiting.
The service from both the waitstaff and kitchen were very slow. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to greet us and 30 minutes for their all you can eat shrimp special to arrive. Once we were asked if we wanted more, it took 20 minutes each time to get a refill. In fact our check arrived before our last re-order. I guess no desert? We gave up On waiting for a to go box and finally left. During lunch we overheard numerous arguments from the kitchen. This was not a great dining experience.
The table next to us had 3 elderly people that complained the entire time we attempted to eat. Evidently their order was completely wrong with every item needing to be corrected. My daughter and I were attempting to celebrate finishing her junior year of college. This ruined our whole experience.
We waited a long time for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. The server mentioned there was a "big party" which was causing the delay, but the restaurant seemed nearly empty, not like it used to be.
The food was outstanding! It was our first visit to the Red Lobster in Pueblo, although we've been to other Red Lobster locations before. The service was exceptional as well. We had a wonderful time and truly appreciated how special you made our experience. Thank you!
