The most famous ChaoLong in Palawan. Probably in Puerto Princesa, where you can find more of it because Vietnamese refugees move here. Decades ago the Vietnamese village began here in Palawan when World War II took place. Years after that, the Ban-pho began to have a fusion with Filipino taste. His recipe is called ChaoLong. This is best with Bam-i, French bread vietnamese filipino inspired dish too.
A must in Puerto Princesa. The taste is authentic. The price is very affordable. The place is somewhat below average, but the taste and value will compensate. Rindstew is amazing. French bread is great. Tip: Try to dip the garlic bread in the reddish stew, it is a pleasure!
If you're craving for delicious noodle soup and you wanted it cheap, this is the best place to go.
Always a busy place. has compromised its amount of servings to maintain its agreeable price to its loyal locals. it's far from viet authentic pho and beef stew taste but hey, the viet refugees who once started the whole place have decades already long left.
