Horrible service. Very slow to take order. Customer in front of me took 10minutes just to get her order approved. It was like she was signing for a bank loan providing id and gcash payment. Smh Finally got to order and thr cashier very slow Food was tasty

Very tasty, but small portion and kind of slow service

They’ll mix up your order and wouldn’t even bother to make for it. Staff are too frazzled and even forgets to punch some items you’ve order (which you’ll then have to wait for quite some time to get served). I don’t even think there’s someone managing or leading the team here. Perhaps they more training? Maybe just bring patience and don’t expect too much from this branch.

If you know Chow King, you know how popular and crowded it often is. That being said, I have to applaud the staff here, as despite the popularity and demand from customers, the lines move fast, the staff is always friendly, the food is served quickly, and the restaurant is always kept clean and organized.
