Bakal - Puerto Vallarta

La comida es muy buena lo único es que el personal necesita más capacitación sobre actitud y servicio al cliente. No deje propina porque no supe a quien de todos los que me atendieron, parece que estaban más preocupados por el cambio de turno que en los clientes, pero son cuestiones que se pueden mejorar. Lo demás muy bien.

Buffet 350 pesos. the 3-star rating concerns people who do not eat much meat for those who are not justified the price-performance ratio.

We spent two weeks in the mayan palace in marina vallarta and ate several breakfast buffet in the bakal. the quality of the elections impressed us! an omelette bar with a chef who, also, cooked to order, brote, cold cuts, beech, Mexican dishes and suppe, salads, pancakes,...French toast, heel flakes, juices, obst and Mexican hot chocolate, my favourites!

One of the better hotel restaurants anywhere. Food is excellent. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Staff is really, really great.

Did not venture far from our resort so most of our meals were taken at the Bakal. The variety of the menu was okay as was the food, the staff was courteous and friendly
