The tacos hit the spot. We waited about 20 minutes in line. We were told it starts 1 hour before opening. We ordered margaritas while waiting and filled out our order form which was awesome. As soon as they seated us, they confirmed our order and brought out the food in about 5 minutes. We ordered too much food. They load the tacos with so much meat. Our favorite was the asada and al pastor tacos. We also ordered the chorizo tacos and the cheese with mushrooms. I loved the melted cheese with mushrooms. It comes with greasy tortillas. We will definitely come here again. Yum. We also ordered the grilled onions. They are a must. The salsas top it off. We would definitely come here again. We saw there was another location closer to our resort. Not the same.
We waited in line about 5 minutes when they came and asked if there was a party of two, what do you know we were two and got to skip the line. The couple behind us said the line is worth the wait so if you're in line just stick it out, it moved fast. The tacos al pastor were AMAZING, big and juicy. The salsas are delicious and the tortillas are home made. This is a MUsT try, we will be back.
Flavours of tacos are so great, probably one of the best in the city. A long waiting line is a disadvantage but it definitely is worth it once taste the foods here.
Attracted by the perennially long line, one evening we decided to stand on the line to see what Pancho's Takos was all about. After all, there are other al pastor places around; another is just a couple blocks further up the street. The waitstaff is most impressive as they really hustle to take care of the crowd in a very tight space. We found that while the food was good, there wasn't anything so distinctive or different about it. I'm just not understanding why there is always a line when there isn't at any of the neighboring restaurants.
