Vallarta Bar and Grill

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local in a side street shop. We checked out the menu as we were searching for seafood. Edwin was a fantastic host. He explained the menu and told us we could change it to accommodate us in any way. The coconut shrimp were the best we have ever had and were to die for! they created a special dish of mahi mahi wrapped over shrimp and bacon that was out of this world! We enjoyed our time here. Edwin was extremely interesting to talk to and his service was excellent. It's a convenient location not farbfrom the boardwalk. We will visit again!

Walking around Puerto Vallarta and found this little gem of a place. Edwin was our waiter and was excellent. We enjoyed a peaceful and delicious breakfast and will be back soon!

Open November 2019 There is also one in Penticton, BC, Canada for 17 years. fabulous view of the Malecon and the sea from the 3rd floor. The food is delicious. we had mahi mahi with mango sauce

Okay, I know it's in the 3rd. Stock, but the view is spectacular and the margaritas are excellent. If you need or need to know where everything is in town, Richard is the leader. Beautiful relaxing atmosphere without the loud music. I come to dinner and sometimes to drink and an appetizer while the sun sets.

After closed for summer, Vallarta Bar and Grill has moved into a new location, Libertad 159, in downtown Puerto Vallarta. My first visit was for a family dinner, and the food and service were, as always, wonderful. The restaurant was only open for two days, but the experienced chef and Edwin, the waiter/manager, made the food unforgettable. We served a family-style plate of fish and a variety of shrimps, including a fantastic coconut and almond shrimp. This will be the first of many visits.
