Pizza Hut - Pukalani

Even after 35 years, their signature Pan pizza may not be the healthiest choice, but it still tastes absolutely delicious.

The quality at this restaurant varies. I ordered 2 pizzas with extra sauce because I usually get them without cheese and the extra sauce helps keep the toppings on the pizza. However, whether or not I receive the extra sauce is hit or miss. The crust is also very thin.

A few months ago, I ordered pizza and was disappointed to find that the mushroom topping was canned mushrooms. When I called Pizza Hut to inquire, the worker confirmed that they did indeed use canned mushrooms, which I found gross. As a result, I stopped ordering pizza from them. However, my son really wanted pizza from Pizza Hut, so I called again to ask if they had switched to using fresh mushrooms. The girl on the phone assured me that they were now using fresh mushrooms. Despite my skepticism, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a pizza with mushroom topping. To my dismay, the mushrooms were still canned. Why is Pizza Hut using canned mushrooms and why did the worker lie to me? It is incredibly disappointing and makes me question their integrity.

Staff is always attentive and friendly, and I always get great tasting food. Never had less than a great experience.

Breadsticks and pizza were hit and crispy. The cashier was so friendly and embodied aloha.
