Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pullman

ORDER ONLINE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I had ordered a 2 burrito bowls and when i got home I was very disappointed. How are they not going to add no lettuce or fajita veggies? like lettuce is the best part of the burrito bowl! I?m not sure if they ran out or not but they could have let me know if that was the case.

I absolutely love Chipotle! But with that said, we were extremely disappointed in the Pullman,WA restaurant! We had to ask to have a table cleaned (we were willing to do it ourselves) because there wasn?t a clean one available inside or outside. Even the bar was filthy. Don?t even get me started on the floor ???? there wasn?t any ice, they were out of the juices, pop was still okay. They were out of the vegetables too. It?s a small store, and there were 7 people working, so don?t know what the deal was. Poor management for sure!!!! Very bummed. We drove an hour to eat there????

Paid full price for a burrito bowl online on 12/14/21. Received half the burrito bowl. Very disappointed with the portion. Picked up via chipotle earlier about 15 minutes ago. I get chipotle isn?t pricey and not to expect too much. But if you ordered a burger at McDonald?s, at least they give you the full burger.

I came in to ask about my missing ingredients (which were about half) and I was told it?s because they didn?t have it and there?s nothing he could do and to basically deal with it. I understand not having the stuff, but maybe have it listed on the app, or even tell the customer when you give it to them, fully knowing that you could only make their order half right. Somehow the only thing that is always shown unavailable on the app (sofritas) which is usually available regardless, but nothing they are actually out of? Beyond that, the customer service was awful, I?ll never be back

Worst experience lately! This store runs out of veggies in lunch time whenever I visit since past one year and today they didn 't have any beans even when I ordered a veggie bowl. So to compensate, I asked to add two scoops of queso guacamole. It is ridiculous as they do not charge you LESS for the protein they do not have in stock when ordering hence they charged me queso twice as ordered and guacamole once since veggie bowl has 1 serving of guacamole free according to cashier! This all adds up to 15.32 bucks instead I could perhaps have it under 10-11 bucks if all veggies and beans were available in store. Such a cunning practice DISCOURAGES me to go to these chain restaurant places for grabbing a quick lunch anytime again in the future. LOOK AT THESE EXPENSIVE COSTS OF ADDING QUESO AND GUACAMOLE AS ADD-ONS!!! I would have rated negative stars if it was an option to rate for such the worst experience!
