Tonight I accidentally ordered my pizza for the next day and I didn't know how to cancel my order. I called the store and a very polite guy answered and assured me he would find out and make the pizza for me right away. We drove to Pullman from Moscow and came to the store at 8:03, just as they began to turn off the lights. I quickly checked when they closed and I saw they closed today at 8:00. I decided to call again and the same man answered, he was so attentive to us and told us that he had our food waiting inside and that we were welcome to come in after they had closed. When we came in, he was very fast to give us our food and he apologized for the mix. I wish we had his name, because the guy deserves an increase!! Phenomenal customer service at this point, she went over and over for me tonight.
