Esquina 21 - Punta Arenas

We were very happy to find this place during the PA for a few days in spring. The owner and his partner were very welcoming, gave us useful advice and presented impeccable and very tasty food that was not expensive. Later we wandered around the city and he saw us and took great interest in our journeys. So we went back and had another excellent meal. I wish I had his name. Great people.

Very good attention, the place is very cozy, safe, especially for families. They do not take long to prepare the dishes, arrive with good temperature and the Calafate sauer is delicious.

Finally after 4 days in Punta Arenas I found a resturant that understands flavor! Their sopa ajiaco was the best I experienced since Santiago. The flavors were rich and deep. I also sampled their Lomo al Povre which had a quality piece of steak. Overall the best meal for the price, and I tried many, in al of Punta Arenas!

Loved this place...close to the port..excellent Wi Fi. They saved our trip to Puerto Arenas after some tour operators screwed us over. Had wonderful King Crab salad and salmon seviche. A supervisor really helped us order the right thing. I showed them a picture of a native berry, and the made a pisco drink out of it I think they ended up selling 15.

We stopped here as part of a tour from the ship because it looked welcoming with solid wood tables and chairs. It has very good wi-fi and coffee and a clean toilets. We spent a couple of hours here so went on to have some Pisco Sours and local ceviche which were excellent. The restaurant turned over customers several times while we were there so their friendly attitude and good service made for a good experience.
