The food was good but the staff took a while to get us the food, although it was totally empty. When it came to the cheque, the waiter tried to fool us. We had to pay 1590 DOP. We paid in USD. He said the rate is 1:46. and tried to convince us that we had to pay about 73 USD, although were just around 35 USD. What the f ?! after a while his supervisor came then he accepted my calculation of DOP USD, which was the correct one. It took them another 20 min to return the change. Then the cheque changed to 1870 DOP and of course the change was wrong, too low. another waitress tried to explain why. She pretended not speaking english at the beginning but later on she spoke english... when i tried to explain to her that the change is wrong, she pretended not to understand what i want... another 10 minutes of discussing. This all ruined our evening.
