Occidental Punta Cana

Overall, great experience! I loved it absolutely. The staff was very friendly. My room was clean and large and with good view. Food was very good, they had all kinds of food. Pools are large enough and they even have snack bars. What I really loved was the shows they had every night, very entertaining and great for every age. I was impressed by them. The beach was cleaned and there was always a guard. Would definitely come back!

I was in a family junior suite and it was perfect for a party of 4. The hotel is not big, so you can go anywhere without getting tired. The food is delicious, they have taco and pizza restaurants open all day. The beach is so beautiful: white sand, the water is aqua at the waves are a bit strong. I would go back any time, it's a good quality for the price you pay.

I'll give this hotel 10/10. The room was very clean and spacious. The outside view is unbeatable. The pool, the bars and restaurants were amazing. I like how easy it was to reach the beach. The staff was always there. We had a little problem when we arrived at the hotel, but they did a great job to meet our needs. The only thing I didn't like is that the club was obviously not open because of the pandemic. I want to return to this hotel.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Food was amazing, the restaurant variety was great! Love the new renovations will definitely come with my family. Everyone at the bar was super attentive, never had to worry about one thing. Great staff beautiful place. I love that they also have so many different pools on the beach.

I’d give this resort 10/10. The staff at this resort are very kind and will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are clean and there is room service every morning. Lots of good Restaurants to choose from and the pool is very well maintained. Night entertainment is nice. And some Restaurants and bars are open late night until 3 am.
