Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana

We have recently returned from 10 days in this hotel as experienced Dominican travelers. We cannot thank enough all the staff who were so professional, polite and a credit to the management team they made us especially at any opportunity to interact with them, from entertainment, beach staff, gardeners, restaurants and coffee shop. The attention to detail is truly extraordinary. Very clean facilities, masks worn by all employees consistently. Excellent food. Thanks for a nice holiday.

This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here a long time. If you stay for a few nights, you will not be disappointed. We loved it here! People really do the trip. You feel like a VIP. The food is excellent and the waiters don't let you go for a minute without drinking. It's really a luxury. If you come, say hello to Joe Fro for us. The beach is clean and beautiful.

Absolute luxury. The beach is magical terrain. The staff is warm and goes beyond and beyond. We are lucky to book the preferred page and had our own butler, an assistant that really helps with everything! His name was Warnes and he was an absolute treasure. My relaxation massage with Jacqueline in the spa was great! The food and drinks at this resort are really 5 stars. I recommend Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana!!

We came here for our honeymoon and had such an explosion. The food is amazing and the variety is great, also at the buffet. The pool is amazing, all staff are friendly and helpful. Special screaming out to CARLOS from room service! He was so nice to us and brought us wine and truffles and smiled always and happy when we saw him! People like him have made our stay really special and unforgettable! The night shows were great. The weather was perfect. The whole resort is beautiful and clean!

Excellent location and staff. Beautiful setting with lots of pools. U can get upgrade to club membership and have access to more pools and bars. Staff super friendly and helpful. Beds super comfortable after they replaced the mattresses for us. Can highly recommend. Staff is always wearing masks which is really not necessary outside. Stayed here with my daughter in January 2022.
