Trs Cap Cana Waterfront Marina

We came to TRS to celebrate our anniversary and celebrate our last trip as a couple before we welcome our baby in a few months. Everything about this trip was excellent. Staff, food, service... literally everything!! I would like to give a special thanks to some of our favorite staff: Irwin: our butler, and to Ramon and Sabrina: our dinner server and hostess. They were so friendly and attentive and made us feel like we were in paradise. We are so sad to go, but we can't wait to come back a day!!!

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in! But you need to use Hotel Taxis. There is no other transport on the property unless you come to the hotel. No cov 19 test at the hotel. 10 minutes to the airport $30.

My husband and I came for an anniversary trip and had the most wonderful time! The staff is very attentive and personal, by the second day they all knew our names and made sure we had a special personalized experience. They have excursions you can go on the the hotel plans for you, we gained some of the most amazing memories from this trip. The food is great, the rooms are beautiful, the pools activities are fun! The hotel is right in the edge of a beautiful downtown shopping area. You are not directly on the beach, but there is a beach a short drive away and their shuttle services are wonderful! Definitely stay here! We will definitely have to come back to TRS Cap Cana!

Arrived at the hotel very easily from the airport. Greeted with a delicious welcome drink. The staff is incredibly friendly and wear a lot of hats at the hotel and do so flawlessly. Javier provided us the butler service and he is absolutely phenomenal! He goes above and beyond for all of his guests. He even helped decorate the room with all of these streamers and balloons we brought from home. He made sure there was a special cake for us and was incredibly gracious. The water aerobics classes were fun. Lots of different food options every night. Amazing stay, wish I could have stayed longer.

Everyone here was very attentive to all of our needs. The swim up bar was so much fun and everyone working was so very warm and welcoming. There were a few different options for they’re yummy Dominican foods and all of the servers were very nice. And to my surprise we also got our very own butler, Willyn who helped us schedule different activities like and island tour and shuttles to the beach. He even went out of his way to get a birthday cake for my moms birthday which was very sweet! 10/10 definitely recommend!
