Feedback geven9/16/22 Normally the staff here has not been great when we go, but last night they were all working very hard, very polite and professional except one girl who was walking all over the place chewing food with her mouth open right over other food. It wasdisgusting and disturbing. She needs to be retrained or terminated. Everyone else seemed to be excellent. The young man makingthe sandwiches worked extremely hard and diligently. The lady working refrigerator through was extremely efficient.
Had the worst meal, after 18 min in line I got broken dark small scrap French fries and my chicken nuggets were so over cooked you could hardly bite into them, the burger was drowning in mustard it was all you could taste. You wasted my time and money, Iwas so disappointed. It was terrible for a treat, won't go here again. 5 bucks and 20 min down the drain. Use to love this placebut it was horrible
This Wendy's is very clean and very nostalgic. Their food is outstanding, including the signature juicy hamburgers that they are made famous for. I really enjoyed their hot, salty fries in combination with their scrumptious sweet strawberry Frosty. That isthe best on a hot summer day! Sweet and salty, oh yeah baby!
Bless their hearts so kind and busy. My friend has lots of instruction for the poor drive thru team. I'm easy #6 with a coke. She's #13 ketchup packets, cut my sandwich in half, ice cream, etc. The cars were lined up behind us, and they filled her everyrequest. Clearly short staffed. My meal was good, spicy chicken meal. Hit the spot. Thanks Wendys team for your patience withspecial requests.
While ordering at the drive-thru, the girl taking the order began making rude comments while I was ordering. It almost seemed as if she thought her microphone was off but I could clearly hear her. She did it several times. Then to top it all off, it tookwell over 15 minutes to get our food that was cold. We asked if we could get hot fries and the same girl with the microphonesaid no that they were closed. I have no idea where management was. Behavior like this is a direct result of the lack ofmanagement and or leadership in that restaurant. Too bad. There are too many places that respect their customers to ever have tocome back to this place and be disrespected.
