Bordeaux was one of the best meals we had. The French onion soup did not have much broth but the flavors were fantastic and the meats and mussels were cooked to perfection. Avoid the chocolate soufflé, it’s not good. The macarons are tasty but the filling is basically just chocolate sauce. They are the better of the desserts, including the crime brûlée. Service: Dine in
The food was less than desirable as everything is Sous vide without flavor. The air conditioner did not work. For a resort, I would expect a much better quality of food and atmosphere.
Crazy hot in here. Even the serving staff says it 's hot and has been hit for a year! Our server said it would be at least a year if they finally decided to start working on the A/C. Totally uncalled for when patrons are spending this much money. Appetizers are sub par. All the wine tastes the same. House Merlot and Cab are oak intense. Main course: I 'd rather eat from the preferred customer check in. Clearly all the protein was sous vide. No flavor whatsoever. My 'filet ' was drowned in gravy. My wife 's Cordon Bleu was 10x better than the beef and it didn 't have any seasoning at all. Do better Secrets. Not impressed. Unlimited Vacation Club Member
I didn’t care for this restaurant at all. I would not go back. Tried the fois gras and it was served in a really hard piece of bread. The macarons were like two hard old cookies filled with syrup. The lamb was. I’m not sure about the word I’m looking for. Oh! Rubber. The house wine, Chilean. Love Chile but in a French restaurant. I’m expecting French wine?
